Don’t Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy a beer every once in a while, keep your money at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your purse, your billfold, and leave all cash, charge cards and chequebooks back at the hotel. Grab whatever cash you expect to use on drinks, tips and only the pocket change you intend to burn and keep the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not by any means. Just realistic. You might experience a success following a drunken night out with your comrades and be blessed enough to hit a marathon roll at a hot craps table. Keep that adventure because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you regularly consume alcohol and bet. These activities simply don’t go well together.

Keeping your money at home might be a bit excessive, but precautionary actions for dramatic behavior is necessary. If you bet to profit, then do not consume alcohol and play. If you like to blow your $$$$ without a concern, then drink all the free alcohol you are able to handle, but don’t take plastic credit and checkbooks to toss into the mix of following squanderings after your bombed head squanders all the cash!

Permit me to carry this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then go on the net to play in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a beer from the coziness of my abode, however due to the fact that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit in close proximity, I can’t consume alcohol and gamble.

How come? Even though I do not consume alcohol to excess, once I drink, it is certainly sufficient to blur my better judgment. I bet, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. When mixed, both create a dangerous, and crazy, cocktail.
